What you can expect as a member of the BPM team:
Initially, you will be fully trained as a Field Sales representative by undergoing our Induction training process and business partner product training. As a successful Sales representative, you then have the opportunity to progress by enrolling in our Territory Manager Development Programme.
The Development Programme provides a clear career path for you where you will complete different levels of Training courses to become a Territory Manager. You will have an opportunity to mentor, guide and product train other Sales Representatives as you progress to this role.

Event Sales Representative >>>Team Coach >>>Assistant Team Lead >>>Team Leader >>>Territory Manager.
As a Territory Manager your remit will be to run a region/territory with the support and guidance from the companies Directors.
